Kubernetes Platform Engineer (Tech Lead)

Senior-level hands-on experience leading and operating production-grade Kubernetes platforms

• Strong experience in cloud-native platform engineering with ownership of reliability, security, and scalability

• Proven experience working as a Technical Lead / Senior Individual Contributor

• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and cross-functional engineering teams

• Kubernetes (Production Operations)

o Cluster operations, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, performance tuning

• Rancher / RKE2

o Kubernetes provisioning, lifecycle management, operations

• AWS Cloud Services

o IAM, VPC, EC2, EKS, Load Balancers, Route 53, CloudWatch

• Linux Administration

o Networking, storage, system security hardening, scripting/automation

• Kubernetes & Cloud Networking

o TCP/IP, DNS, TLS/Certificates, ingress, load balancing, routing, firewalls

• Monitoring & Incident Management

o Observability (metrics, logs, alerts), incident response, root-cause analysis

• CI/CD & Version Control
